Who We Are & Acceptance
Vin'Up is operated by Seedworks Studio, a French auto-entrepreneur. By accessing or using Vin'Up (getvinup.com / app.getvinup.com) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
Vin'Up is a digital wine cellar management application available as a web app at app.getvinup.com. We offer a free tier and a paid Premium tier (€2.50/month or €30/year). Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account (the minimum digital consent age in France and most EU countries). Vin'Up is a wine collection management tool; we do not sell, distribute, or facilitate the purchase of alcohol.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the service; reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform; use the service to store or transmit illegal content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data; use automated tools to access the service without our prior written consent.
Premium Subscriptions & Payments
Premium subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law (including French consumer law).
Your Content & Data
You retain full ownership of the wine collection data you enter. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service. You can export your collection at any time and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI Sommelier Disclaimer
The AI Sommelier feature (Premium) provides suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes only. Suggestions do not constitute professional oenological, health, or financial advice. Vin'Up is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.
Intellectual Property
Vin'Up, its logo, original content, and software are owned by Seedworks Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your wine collection data remains yours.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seedworks Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
